Atenedoro started working with CASW as a Project Based Learning specialist in the summer of 2020, fusing his legal expertise with his love of mentoring to work with younger youth to create Know Your Rights presentations to the community at large, specifically on immigration and housing during Covid-19. Atenedoro officially joined the CASW upper management team as its General Counsel & Deputy Director in August 2022. As General Counsel, Atenedoro provides legal counsel and advice on various regulatory matters including finance, real estate, labor relations and employment, and operational governance. As Deputy Director Atenedoro provides supervision and oversight to CASW's over 23 programs. Atenedoro earned his BA from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2013, and earned his JD from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016. Prior to joining CASW, Atenedoro served as a tenant-attorney at Bronx Legal Servies, and served as General Counsel for the NYC Council of District 15. In his spare time Atenedoro serves as a board member for various 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, including the Dominican Bar Association, MetroLALSA, and HelpUSA.

Allison’s passion for Arts Education began as an undergraduate student at The State University of New York, The College at Brockport. Where she studied Interdisciplinary Arts For Children with a Visual Art Concentration. She went on to Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia and graduated with a Masters of Teaching. Throughout her multifaceted career, Allison’s passion for arts education, and knack for streamlined operations have been the driving force behind her service oriented approach to community based work.

Dejá, a native of the Bronx, is deeply devoted to fostering youth development, promoting S.T.E.A.M. education, and empowering communities through the arts and sciences. Graduating with a B.S. in Anthropology & Archaeology from Mercyhurst in 2018, she cultivated her passion for education during an internship at the American Museum of Natural History. Since then, she has held notable positions at institutions such as the American Museum of Natural History and the Bronx Children's Museum. In 2020, she attained the status of National Geographic Educator while pursuing her Master’s degree in Leadership in Museum Education. As the Director of Education at CASW, she leads initiatives in educational programming and community engagement, working closely with the Bronx River Community Center. Dejá's advocacy extends to promoting anti-racist and DEAI initiatives, envisioning a future where science and arts education serve as catalysts for community empowerment and growth.
